To celebrate the end of winter and mark the official start to spring, stop and snap a selfie … you don’t have to post it but bravely look at the picture and ask yourself this question … “how am I really doing this spring solstice?” I suggested this simple pause last solstice as a way to reflect back what is happening in life right now.
So what did your eyes tell you? Are you living a balanced, healthy and happy life? Or not? What did you learn over the long winter? And as you look closer perhaps you can tell what is really working for you these days and whether it is time to do some spring cleaning.
Spring marks a season of renewal. Celebrate the end of the winter as you move into the season of new beginnings by taking a moment to really look at yourself because without knowing where you really are in life, it is difficult to know how and where to grow.
